Truth Seeker: Lets Start With Gratitude

Lets start with gratitude...

What are 10 things you could be grateful for right now in this moment? What relationship has brought you joy? What moment from today made you smile? Was there a stranger today that helped you out? Be specific. Specific like you were able to get the house cleaned while baby napped. That stranger took your grocery cart back to the front of the store for you. You finished a long run.

By finding things to be grateful for, it allows you to see life through a different lens. You start looking for the best in your day. Even if your day was filled with temper tantrums from your toddler, spilled coffee on your white jeans, and an epic fail at dinner... you can find gratitude in some way.

Grab your journal, a scrap piece of paper, heck...use that Starbucks napkin from this morning. Now start expressing some gratitude.
