Truth Seeker: Stop Saying You DONT Have Time!



In one of my latest posts, I spoke about how my sweet girl was turning another year older. I also described how at times I have had anxiety or sadness about time flying by.

I will say it again, because I need this reminder daily. Time is not speeding up. It never has. There are the same 24 hours in a day. That has never changed. We have sped up. We have spent those hours doing something else. We devote our time to scrolling, TV, work, or reading this post. When you become present, time will feel like it is supposed to.



So grab that journal. Jot these questions down and get to answering them.

  • When have you had anxiety or sadness about the passing of time?
